Generally, guaranteed/required breaks including a discounted shift meal Great opportunities to advance! Any MGMT or even Shift Lead position pays relatively well for the industry. Access to promotion, different positions in company, relatively easy
Cons
Frequent supply chain issues Lack of autonomy granted for non-management employees Strict on labor hours...high volume of demands expected to be met in small range of time considering they cannot be made up on back end (leads to sloppy and incomplete work) Short on manpower Time off requested and arranged primarily thru an app, in-person discussion discouraged Cameras on all the time, MGMT actually watches cameras MGMT watches you as you work.
