Pros
Honestly, obtaining a good amount of work experience was the best part. The owners were so sour, than not even the free slime & new office made up for anything else.
Cons
Discriminatory owners that really expected everyone to kiss their peaches, just because they were females & could provide a job to people. Honesty wasn't the best policy. And that 'value of mental health'...that's nothing but a lucrative, toxic sales pitch. No room for growth, unless you're will to sell your soul & kiss the peaches of the owners. And one religion reigns supreme & everybody has to keep up with it. Super self centered owners. The rest of leadership were cool people but lacked when their voices were needed the most. The HR team, although wonderful people, were nothing but company sided mediators at the end of the day. Pay is a joke, considering how much they really ask of you.
