Fun atmosphere. Monthly catered lunch. Nice office space. Nice people.

Cons

Take advantage of good employees. It's like working in a frat house. Some day drinking. Managers are glorified babysitters for recent college grads. Low pay.

Pros

The people were amazing, the culture was one of the best environments I've ever worked in and set my standard for future endeavors.

Cons

SmartZip Analytics was absorbed into the Constellation Real Estate Group in 2019. Its technology and services continue under Market Leader, but the company itself no longer operates as a standalone.
