Pros
- Most coworkers were nice and easy to get along with. - Office space and surrounding area is beautiful
Cons
- Pay ($17/hr) ridiculously low for a Bay Area tech company. Those in other departments aren't much better off either. Hard to be motivated to work when you feel severely undervalued. - High turnover (likely as a result of above). - Essentially working in a call center where you're also expected to conduct product onboarding and bug testing. - A lot of micromanaging + lack of clear reasoning behind WHY things must be done a certain way. - Large disconnect between Sales and Account Management in regards to expectations and functionality of the product. AMs often left with very dissatisfied customers and not much in their power to help. - Micromanagers at every level who don't give you the room to make your own decisions. Always feels like someone is watching over your shoulder.
