Pros
The people on my immediate team tried to help each other when they could.
Cons
Nothing ever really moves forward here, and that’s the most draining part. Work just sits in limbo while people pass responsibility around. You end up waiting on approvals that never show up, and somehow the delay becomes your problem. A lot of time gets wasted chasing answers instead of actually doing the job. That constant stop and start messes with your head and ramps up anxiety fast. Simple tasks turn into long mental battles for no real reason. It also becomes pretty clear who gets opportunities and who doesn’t. Hiring and promotions feel based on familiarity, not talent or effort. If you don’t fit a certain mold, your work barely gets noticed and the blame lands on you anyway. Once that sinks in, the place just feels awful. Motivation drops because effort doesn’t lead anywhere, and the benefits don’t help soften the blow. With no real growth and weak perks, it’s honestly better to avoid this place for your mental well being.
