In my short time here, I've only received more opportunity to advance my career from a skillset perspective and ownership. Cons
The company is growing extremely quickly and with that, you have to expect change. Change comes with ambiguity. If you're not comfortable working with some levels of change, ambiguity and rolling with those - it might not be the right fit for you.
