Pros
Great team working towards a worthy mission. The engineering side of the house is run well and operates on high trust / autonomy. We try stuff, keep what works, iterate on what doesn't.
Cons
If you only want to work on well defined tasks, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you enjoy a bit of discovery and product minded development it will be fun. Has pretty standard pain points from growing so quickly -- teams shuffle, project priorities fluctuate, etc. -- but trends are toward stability.
