The company seems to have a very strong product market fit, financials are solid, internal culture rewards seniority and autonomy, and everyone I've interacted with are reasonable, dependable, and technically sound at their role requirements. The leadership team is second to none when it comes to domain and subject matter expertise, and the market's response to what's been built reflects that. You know the work you're doing is helping to address a vital need in the Hospital/Provider space.
Cons
With all that growth and excitement comes a lot of work, but you know you're surrounded by the best and have the support you need, and if need be, the company will hire to ensure adequate work distribution.
