Pros
* All the leadership has some technical background. I don't know that many other CEOs that code. He doesn't get involved much now but it does mean that company visions are not just hallucinations * Our main product already works well enough to keep most clients happy, but there is still plenty of room for improvement, so you're neither bored, nor stressed out * There are very talented people to learn from and most have enough time to collaborate. * There's a healthy dose of respect for others, work-life balance, and people who actually take vacation, so that work doesn't consume your life, even though it is rather pleasant.
Cons
* Incoming requirements can have arcane complications that create insta-legacy code, but that's healthcare * There isn't the most diversity here
