Gimmicky sales plays , silly sports analogies and buzzwords everyone is expected to use in cadences, small deals, expectation that very senior execs at fortune companies really care about a productivity tool they are spending less than 100k on, close plans for 20k deals, , gosh there’s plenty more. Senior reps roll this place will drive you nuts .
Go do you research on LI and you will see people that came and left quickly. Also- how many “great place “ reviews do you see from Enterprise Sales ? I don’t see any. This is by far the worst environment I’ve ever worked in.
