We are at a influx point in our maturation where every employees can make an impact as we learn, grow, and scale. Ideas are welcomed, change is encouraged, and voices are heard. Leadership cares and is making real investments in the systems and structures to enable employees to thrive. Market is growing and you only have to look at the stock price growth to see that the future is bright.
Cons
Some legacy systems still need to be overhauled in order to accelerate growth. We are a company full of optimists who are prone to underestimate the time it takes to bring new initiatives to life, while not a huge flaw in and of itself it can create some fatigue as initiatives layer on top of each other due to backlog. That said, leadership's ability to prioritize has improved dramatically in recent years and the trendline here is a good one.
