The pay at our company is unfortunately not competitive with the market, typically falling around $10K less than our competitors. The shift to comply with Washington State laws has resulted in Account Executives becoming hourly employees, leading to the removal of unlimited PTO.
Managers often find themselves in their roles without proper mentorship, which can lead to challenges in team guidance and development. While it's good that some underperforming leaders have departed (including some Directors/VPs) since the company went private, morale remains low. There's a noticeable lack of camaraderie among internal teams within divisions.
There's a significant focus on the Enterprise sector, leaving other divisions feeling unsupported and neglected at times.
