Pros
The interview process for entry into the company was pretty simple and straight forward The vision of the senior management to align the resources, projects and plan in line with the dynamic changes in the industry is commendable The size of teams being small necessitates employees to get involved in all the processes of a project implementation cycle - blueprint, design, configuration, implementation, testing and go-live. Though it is taxing, the learning curve is good. Consulting requisites horizontal specialization and prevents the luxury of vertical specialization. But, this helps in transitioning to business consulting and architect roles along time.
Cons
Work life balance is subject to project schedule and delivery management Job involves a good amount of travel. It turns out to be pretty taxing over a period of time Profitability challenges lead to short term cost optimization strategies which hits the employee benefits. This needs to be looked into Infrastructure could be improved (parking, pantry)
