Though its a body shopping company, the Employer listens to your concerns, Timely salary hike's if requested, Employee has the freedom to chose the technology.
Cons
Marketing department needs more maturity and needs to be streamlined, Would be good if employer contribute's to the health care plan currently its all bared by the employee, Would be better employer gets more direct implementations projects.
