      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth. I started as a cook and moved up to GM. Good food.

      Cons

      Labor matrix is tough to schedule and give the best customer satisfaction. High lower employee turnover due to higher expectations than fast food places but with similar pay.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
