      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. They have a 6% 401k match and good medical with 2 weeks paid vacation upon accrual.

      Cons

      Too many changes and inconsistencies. Not very promising for prospects.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
