Bad habit of lying and cheat customers and employees Poor ownership and leadership, only care about number and NOT people!! Watch out for those incapable regional managers and area managers. They NEVER there to help nor lead, show up for 30 mins and not see them for another month or two. They have no clue about restaurant business not to mention people skill and communication skill. Its either their way or highway. No work life balance, due to the changes force to work 60 to 80 hours per week, half day off per week if lucky!! Ridiculous expectation on staffs and horrible business model. Labor matrix is far from possible to work with, only let 3 men for 8 men job Corporate office management really don't care about anybody but themselves, marketing department people have no clue about the business!! Bonus structure changes almist every 2 months, its impossible to reach and get bonus Employee pay is so low, can't compete with similar company or competitors... Not even can compete with McDonald's pay!! Because pay is so low, can't find nor keep good employees, you'll get sloppy and unmotivated employees!!! Empty promises that the company can fullfil!!!
