Pros
- Higher pay than several of their competitors in the area - More immediately useful benefits for their management team ( at GM discretion )
Cons
- HR too closely tied to firing of employees, making it nearly impossible to fire people with bad practices and behaviors unless that individual does something extremely reckless. - Management of the company depends too much on corporate, doesn't take enough into account for an individual district, let alone an individual store in that district. - Training is always rushed, due to a constant lack of employees and burning out of the ones who know what they're doing. - You will do more than your station requires of you, or you will not be given hours.
