Pros

The pay was decent, the crew I worked with was a lot of fun to be a round, the job was self-explanatory.

Cons

My hours were always changing each week, one week I'd work 10 hours, another I'd work 20. The managers did a really bad job of making sure food got to customers by continuously bumping items that hadn't been delivered yet. When the items were bumped, they disappeared from screens in the kitchen, so the food was never made.

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
