      The food is top notch when prepared as the founder intended.

      Cons

      Ops Leadership bullies subordinates with threats, tantrums, and personal attacks. CEO and HR turn a blind eye to inappropriate behavior time and time again. No respect for personal life or days off. Company exerts too much pressure on results rather than behavior.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
