      Work/Life balance Hours was good Pay was adequate

      Cons

      Upper management didn't want free thinkers to help solve problems. Favoritism amongst the management team for all who brown-nosed. Emotional reactions (yelling screaming operator). Hot in the kitchen - can be 100+ degrees on hot days.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
