      A fun rewarding environment that recognizes hardworking team members. This is reflected by a flexible schedule, biannual performance reviews along with compensation. The growth opportunity is endless and backed with a structured program. Oh ya the "Burgers are Awesome"

      Because we are growing so fast and have such a demand for our product. It can be difficult to find great team members that enjoy a fast paced, cool, hip Restaurant.

      Pros

      There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
