      Pros

      One of the best places I've worked for with a family coworker mentality. I've made life long friends and great work ethic because of this place. I've been here 6 years and love the changes we make frequently to keep people coming in. They don't cut corners and are always trying to find ways to make a better product and that in my opinion makes selling our food so easy and easy to enjoy!!

      Cons

      When we first opened there where more perks to lower level employees and compations. I miss that. The drive to strive harder isn't there to new employees.

      Pros

      There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
