      Definitely your co workers! The people I worked with made the job significantly better! And sometimes the tips

      Poor management and favoritisms. My certain manager made it evidently clear who their favourite's were which led to poor management.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
