No room to grow and very low pay - Manager Smashburger Employee Review

1.) you work hard you dont get reward. you @ss kissing you going move up. 2.) very low chance of promotion and/or raise 3.) hourly employees get send home because company not willing pay overtime so salary employees (managers) pick up those hours. instead of 50 to 55 hours work week, sometime turned to 75 to 90 hours work week
