      Strong company with strong concept. Quality food from quality ingredients and passionate people. Positive upper management and support.

      Cons

      Production limitation. Challenge of having only one grill during high volume periods. Facility constraints - standard restaurants need bigger freezers to store everything or have more deliveries.

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
