      * Great cocktails * hands on training if needed *employee discount on meals * high standards of cleanliness and food safety

      *Many are unaware that Smashburger has a bar menu therefore only serving customers food orders and not making many drinks. *long hours * little break time

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
