Pros

Friendly management Free meal and Coke Freestyle drinks on shifts over 4.5 hours Everyone gets a break no matter how busy the shift is Modern, well equipped kitchen, far better than the facilities offered by other employers

Cons

Poor pay - £6 an hour for under 18s CCTV in kitchen and locker room Bad, rushed training Front of house staff cut corners leaving BOH staff to clean up Inefficient closing procedures resulting in closing staff not being able to leave until after 11:30pm most nights Often major shortages of integral ingredients No staffroom at all, staff expected to take their breaks in dining area

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
