Nice facilities The work isn't too repetitive

Cons

The probation period is way too long Training is ineffective...it's basically just a lecture. We didn't even role play... No benefits for part time employees If you're not the favorite prepare to be disrespected and receive an attitude when you ask questions. Also, every little mistake will be brought up to you in front of other employees.

- Very knowledgeable team with decades of experience to learn form. -very down to earth relaxed environment -401 is one of the best -Good work culture for those that can fit in -people stay there for decades once they join.

Cons

-HR can do better at communicating resources available to employees. -not many chances to move around different departments. -some might find it hard to fitting in
