A nice break if your tired of commuting into the city. A good benefits portfolio.

Cons

It is a small town company that has been in business since electricity was invented. Very set in their ways. Challenging for technology professionals to direct change for the better.

- Very knowledgeable team with decades of experience to learn form. -very down to earth relaxed environment -401 is one of the best -Good work culture for those that can fit in -people stay there for decades once they join.

Cons

-HR can do better at communicating resources available to employees. -not many chances to move around different departments. -some might find it hard to fitting in
