Pros

Very generous PTO and work flexibility. Never dreaded coming into the office. Good culture and friendly, peaceful environment. Good interdepartmental cohesion, easy to find assistance from SMEs. On-site management is always active and supportive with whatever concerns come up. Lots of diversity, if you're into that sort of thing.

Cons

Global leadership can make the decision to cut 30% of your department, or transfer your responsibilities to another site/overseas at any moment. Often with little foresight or planning for the results of those decisions. Development goals are always too ambitious given the time and resources available. Development and quality teams are punished when profits begin to drop. A lot of brain-drain in recent history. There aren't many of the old-heads left to share their wisdom. Lots of diversity, if you're not into that sort of thing.

Pros

Positive work environment, Enjoy being part of a Global Service team and Company that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Amazing coworkers with Knowledge and experience.

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

Pros

Working across different department, Learning to lead. Consistent work.

Cons

A big pond with a lot of boats but none are connected. It is really hard to grow across and around this company. It maybe global but it doesn't feel like it when it comes to trying to advance your career in a new direction.
