Pros

Very organized onboarding process. Well outlined expectations for first days, weeks, months. Very welcoming inside and outside of my organization. Outfitted me with the tools I need to be successful.

Cons

It doesn't appear that all new hires have the same experience or tools that I had. Fewer people in the office location. It doesn't detract from collaboration, but it is a challenge for a new person to make connections. One or two mandatory anchor days for local employees would be preferred.

Working across different department, Learning to lead. Consistent work.

Cons

A big pond with a lot of boats but none are connected. It is really hard to grow across and around this company. It maybe global but it doesn't feel like it when it comes to trying to advance your career in a new direction.
