Pros
The company has relatively flexible working hours and usually understanding of the need to occasionally work remotely. Some of the newer products and some of the products currently in development are exciting and unquestionably have potential for great success.
Cons
Employee dissatisfaction is rampant, communication is poor, company seems to look the other way when employees try to address major issues with middle and upper management, salaries are lower than industry standard and promotions occur rarely if ever, extremely political.
