Pros
Company pours a lot of resources into the Sports Medicine division in the form of new product development and Med Ed. Company gives reps the freedom to leverage aggressive/creative programs to win new business with hospitals. Company promotes from within. Territories are continually getting smaller so more opportunity for promotions into leadership. Overall a great place to work!
Cons
Too conservative in resource allocation to the sales force. Salary and commission is not great even for top performing reps in comparison to other ortho device companies. The pay structure is changed every other year and it's usually not in favor of the rep. Also consistently has backorder issues on vital products the customers need. Puts reps in very difficult situations to retain customers.
