      Company makes great products that genuinely help people regain their lives. Very welcoming, inclusive culture with smart and committed people

      Cons

      Slow progression, stay stagnant for a long time without any direction on how to progress. Lots of poorly managed changes in structure leading to confusion on who is doing what.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
