      Pros

      There is a good sense of community within the company. It is a happy place to work and People are willing to work hard to got out their way to help you.

      Cons

      There is a real sense of holding people back and not allowing for personal progression. Money saving is heavy on the agenda and products leaving site to be produced in cheaper countries gives an impression of the site shrinking.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
