Pros
New Management Team is working hard and is listening to employees. While there is still a lot of work to do to become a GPTW, all of the intent and compassion is there. You can feel that the churn of people was required and the new people are making this now a good place to be at. Future...here we come.
Cons
Resources are tight...but then which company does not have this challenge. Not much more to add as it is a good place to be at with a fantastic brand
