      Competitive pay for Orthopedics, great 401k

      Poor business results since 2016, laid off tons of senior level personnel (people with 25 years just at S&N!), tendency to shuffle good leaders around into positions they don't want (who then leave)

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
