Pros
They have some of the best Orthopedic Products on the market and they are very innovative.
Cons
Management is really poor. I had errors in my compensation every single month for the last year I was there. I had to keep track of all of my own sales on a separate spreadsheet in order to double check the numbers the company came up with. Every month I had differences and it was like pulling teeth to get management to fix it. Work/Life balance is non existent. By far one of the most stressful device jobs you can find. Once you build enough business, all you become is a glorified service rep, who runs all over the place covering cases.
