      Nice Benefits package but comp was lame

      Where should I start... Culture there is crap! Management does not provide adequate support. Training programs were a joke. Communications and collaborations between divisions is almost non-existent . Opportunity for advancement only exists in the mind of the employee. Unless you are &*%#$*&% someone, you aint got a chance to move up the ladder.

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
