Training and product knowledge. Good insurance benefits.
Cons
Longterm employees seem to be targets of layoffs. Company will then hire lower salaried employees to replace terminated employees. Cost of living raises are often ignored, and non-existent. Attendance policies are not administered the same across the board. Very few new product launches. Little value is placed on R&D.
