Pros

Business challenges offer opportunities to demonstrate analytical and leadership capabilities. Reorganizing and reducing independence of business units exposes improvements impossible for the past 100 years.

Cons

You are cog #14572. You will not be trained. You will do what you are directed without question. You will not install unauthorized software on your computer. You will support our facetious campaign to be described as a Best Place to Work. Your reward is our continued tolerance of your many obvious deficiencies. We will hire your next supervisor from somewhere else to demonstrate to you the stupidity of your idea that you deserve a promotion. Please give us a high rating in our next anonymous email questionnaire, because we care about your opinion.

Pros

Positive work environment, Enjoy being part of a Global Service team and Company that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Amazing coworkers with Knowledge and experience.

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

Pros

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
