Pros
There are some good divisions and good people to work with but big problems rooting that is causing a lot of highly talented reps to leave. I would recommend a BIO role.
Cons
Device division is a nightmare. The products are great, however the company cannot figure the business out. Trying to compete with a company with 95% of the market share when measures are not being taken to equip the reps to get the product to facilities/patients. Low pay. Unattainable commission structure that no one understands. They change the commission plans every quarter, including revoking a MBO. The pay scale is not different in regards to location/cost of living.
