Pros
The pay is fairly decent but with the reduction in each department employees are being asked to take on the additional work load without recognition or an increase in pay.
Cons
lack of communication and leadership. Change can be good but the leaders do not give the change a chance take hold and keep making changes which causes confusion and does not create any solid footing. This as well as the outsourcing of several areas has resulted in a lot of turnover and employees becoming disengaged.
