Avoid at all costs Order to Cash France This team is a textbook example of dysfunction. The work is soul-crushingly repetitive, with zero prospects for growth or recognition. In a team of nearly ten people, not a single promotion in over three years that tells you everything. The so-called "team leader" is completely out of their depth, completely incapable of managing a team, lacking basic leadership, lacking even the most basic leadership or communication skills. The workload is deliberately unrealistic, designed to set people up for failure rather than success. As for the credit manager imagine someone whose idea of work-life balance is flooding your inbox at midnight and during weekends, then expecting immediate responses. This person micromanages obsessively and creates a toxic, high-pressure environment that pushes people to the edge. Morale is in the gutter. No one wants to stay. People are either quietly looking for an exit or mentally checked out. Upper management clearly doesn’t care, or worse, is complicit in maintaining this chaos. If you value your mental health and career, steer clear of this nightmare.
