Management is invested in you personally, and will help you develop a growth plan that aligns with your individual goals and career plans. We have a hybrid schedule, flexibility when it comes to personal appointments, great benefits, and bonuses. This is the first job i've had where i didn't feel like just a number on a spreadsheet to senior leadership, the CEO meets with every new employee and seems genuinely interested in getting to know you as a person.
Cons
It's a fast paced environment, but you will never be asked to meet a deadline your manager isn't willing to meet themselves or meet with you.
