Pros

I learned and grew professionally more than I ever could have imagined in this role. In this environment, you will get to work on a wide array of projects and get to flex different skills. My teammates had many unique specialized skills that I was able to learn from as well. This job was an amazing stepping stone and helped me get my dream job because of the impressive skills I was able to show off from SmithBucklin. Great job for people starting a career and wanting to learn more!

Cons

The nature of the work is to put out the best work with the least amount of people- aka lowest cost to the client. The majority of the staff is spread thin and stressed. Employees do usually end up putting together amazing end products for clients, which I think is why no changes are made to workloads, despite complaints from staff. If you are in a service unit, you will be juggling anywhere from 4-7 client loads, which can be overwhelming to deal with competing timelines and needs. Upper management seems much more focused on making clients happy rather than making staff happy.
