Pros

I have learned a lot of skills here. You are expected to gain experience in everything - membership, finance, events, volunteer management, fundraising, admin... So you get good experience for future jobs!

Cons

Soo overwhelming. Everyone has two clients, so you should be working half-days for each. It ends up meaning that both clients expect you to work full time for them, so essentially you have two full-time jobs. I went into the job enjoying it, but got buried quickly and got burnt out. I expressed my feelings over and over to my managers and got met with "oh, this is just a busy time, it will get easier" or "you'll adjust." There is so much turnover - each time someone leaves, they screw everyone else over because they are handing off so much work on already swamped teammates. Truly exhausting.

Pros

Wellness week is a nice perk

Cons

Company culture has taken a nose dive in the past few years, and management is doing nothing to address it.
