Pros

Most of the people you will work with are nice. All of managers seem to care about me personally. You will gain a lot of experience (because you will have to do everything) You get to travel

Cons

It's hard to move up in the company. They are traditional and require you to work a certain amount of years before promotion (it's not based on your hard work). You will be overworked and underpaid They are not flexible with wfh

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take all reviews seriously, especially the ones with areas to improve. Smithbucklin's formal performance and development check-in process includes a minimum of five touchpoints per year to review and discuss progress towards performance, professional development, and competency objectives. These touchpoints are intended for employees and reviewing supervisors to have open and honest discussions about their careers, including the path to promotion and their need for flexibility with our hybrid office model.
