We do extensive evaluation of our benefits packages each year, and following employee feedback last year, we are looking at new ways we can deliver perks. Following the success of our Wellness Week experiment last year, we announced this week that Wellness Week will go permanent to allow emlployees to shut down fully to plan time with family or travel. We continue to invest in an operations transformation to address inefficiencies identified through the experiences of our employees. We also conduct market assessments of positions and salaries and adjust an employee’s salary if needed to remain competitive.
